S.I. No. 278/2001 - ACC Bank Act, 2001 (Commencement) Order, 2001

I, Charlie McCreevy, Minister for Finance, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 13 (2) of the ACC Bank Act, 2001 (No. 12 of 2001), hereby order as follows:

1.       This Order may be cited as the ACC Bank Act, 2001 (Commencement) Order, 2001.

2.       The 15th day of June, 2001, is hereby appointed as the day on which the ACC Bank Act, 2001 (No. 12 of 2001), other than sections 6, 8, 10, 11(2) and 12, shall come into operation.
