I, JOHN O'DONOGHUE, Minister for Justice, Equality and Law Reform, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 3 of the Courts Service Act, 1998 (No. 8 of 1998), hereby order as follows:

1. This Order may be cited as the Courts Service Act, 1998 (Establishment Day) Order, 1999.

2. The 9th day of November, 1999, is hereby appointed as the establishment day for the purposes of the Courts Service Act, 1998 (No. 8 of 1998).

This Order provides that the 9th November, 1999 is the Establishment Day for the purposes of the Courts Service Act, 1998 .
