S.I. No. 211/1999 - Horse and Greyhound Racing (Betting Charges and Levies) Act, 1999 (Commencement) Order, 1999.

I, JOE WALSH, Minister for Agriculture and Food, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 16 (2) of the Horse and Greyhound Racing (Betting Charges and Levies) Act, 1999 (No. 24 of 1999), hereby order as follows:

1. This Order may be cited as the Horse and Greyhound Racing (Betting Charges and Levies) Act, 1999 (Commencement) Order, 1999

2. The 25th day of July, 1999, is hereby appointed as the day on which the Horse and Greyhound Racing (Betting Charges and Levies) Act, 1999 (No. 24 of 1999), shall come into operation.
