S.I. No. 127/1999 - Industrial Development (Enterprise Ireland) Act, 1998 (Section 40) (Commencement) Order, 1999.

I, MARY HARNEY, Minister for Enterprise, Trade and Employment, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 40 (5) of the Industrial Development (Enterprise Ireland) Act, 1998 (No. 34 of 1998), hereby order as follows:

1. This Order may be cited as the Industrial Development (Enterprise Ireland) Act, 1998 (Section 40) (Commencement) Order, 1999.

2. The 13th day of May, 1999, is hereby appointed as the day on which section 40 of the Industrial Development (Enterprise Ireland) Act, 1998 (No. 34 of 1998), shall come into operation.

This order appoints the 13th day of May, 1999, as the day on which section 40 of the Industrial Development (Enterprise Ireland) Act, 1998 (No. 34 of 1998) comes into operation.

This order allows for the designation of certain members of the staff of An Foras Aiseanna Saothair to be transferred to and become members of Forfas.
