AN ACT TO MAKE PROVISION IN RELATION TO THE INDEPENDENT COMMISSION FOR THE LOCATION OF VICTIMS' REMAINS ESTABLISHED UNDER THE AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE GOVERNMENT AND THE GOVERNMENT OF THE UNITED KINGDOM OF GREAT BRITAIN AND NORTHERN IRELAND DONE AT DUBLIN ON THE 27TH DAY OF APRIL, 1999, TO AMEND SECTION 24 OF THE FREEDOM OF INFORMATION ACT, 1997, AND TO PROVIDE FOR RELATED MATTERS. BE IT ENACTED BY THE OIREACHTAS AS FOLLOWS:
