FINANCE ACT, 1992 (COMMENCEMENT OF SECTION 15) (DISABILITY BENEFIT AND INJURY BENEFIT) ORDER, 1993.

I, BERTIE AHERN, Minister for Finance, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 15 (3) of the Finance Act (No. 9 of 1992), hereby order as follows:

1. This Order may be cited as the Finance Act, 1992 (Commencement of Section 15) (Disability Benefit and Injury Benefit) Order, 1993.

2. Section 15 of the Finance Act, 1992 (No. 9 of 1992), shall come into operation on the 6th day of April, 1993, as respects the following benefits, that is to say—

( a ) disability benefit, and

( b ) injury benefit which is comprised in occupational injuries benefit.
