ACC BANK ACT, 1992 (COMMENCEMENT) ORDER, 1992.

I, BERTIE AHERN, Minister for Finance, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 14 (3) of the ACC Bank Act, 1992 (No. 6 of 1992), hereby order as follows:

1. This Order may be cited as the ACC Bank Act, 1992 (Commencement) Order, 1992.

2. The 24th day of April, 1992, is hereby appointed as the day on which the ACC Bank Act, 1992 (No. 6 of 1992), shall come into operation.
