Definitions. |
1.—In this Act— | |
“the Act of 1980” means the National Institute for Higher Education, Limerick, Act, 1980 ; | ||
“the College” means Thomond College of Education, Limerick; | ||
“the Governing Body” means the Governing Body of the University of Limerick; | ||
“the Minister” means the Minister for Education; | ||
“the University” means the University of Limerick. |
