10.—(1) The Industrial Development Authority shall continue in being notwithstanding the repeals effected by this Act. | |
(2) The Authority in the exercise of its powers and functions shall be responsible to the Minister. | ||
(3) The First Schedule shall apply in relation to the Authority. |
