HEALTH (FAMILY PLANNING) (AMENDMENT) ACT, 1985 (COMMENCEMENT) ORDER, 1985.

The Minister for Health, in exercise of the powers conferred on him by section 3 (4) of the Health (Family Planning) (Amendment) Act, 1985 (No. 4 of 1985) hereby orders as follows:

1. This order may be cited as the Health (Family Planning) (Amendment) Act, 1985 (Commencement) Order 1985.

2. The Health (Family Planning) (Amendment) Act, 1985 shall come into operation on the 1st day of October, 1985.

EXPLANATORY NOTE.
