POISONS ACT, 1961 (COMMENCEMENT) ORDER, 1982.

The Minister for Health, in exercise of the powers conferred by section 22 of the Poisons Act, 1961 (No. 12 of 1961), hereby orders as follows:—

1. This Order may be cited as the Poisons Act, 1961 (Commencement) Order, 1982.

2. Section 21 of and the Schedule to the Poisons Act, 1961 , shall come into operation on the 1st day of March, 1983.
