These Regulations amend Regulation 8 of the Employment Agency Regulations, 1972 by substituting "an applicant for a licence" for "a holder of a licence" in the opening phrase and "he shall in the opinion of the Minister be a person of good character and repute" for "he shall not at any time have been convicted of an indictable offence" at clause (e). |
