Performance of functions of Council by officers and servants, etc. |
8.—(1) The Council may perform any of their functions through or by the Director or any of their other officers or servants. | |
(2) The Civil Service Commissioners Act, 1956 , and the Civil Service Regulation Acts, 1956 and 1958, shall not apply to an appointment as officer or servant of the Council. |
