Provisions relating to persons who attain age of 70 years.

3.—(1) Notwithstanding section 4 (1) of the Principal Act, that Act shall not apply to a person who on the date of termination of his employment had attained the age of 70 years.

(2) Notwithstanding subsection (1) of this section, a person who is in receipt of a weekly payment when he attains the age of 70 years shall continue to be entitled to receive such further weekly payments as he would have been entitled to receive if he had not attained that age.
