DISEASES OF ANIMALS ACT, 1966 (SECTION 33) (COMMENCEMENT) ORDER, 1969.

I, NEIL T. BLANEY, Minister for Agriculture and Fisheries, in exercise of the power conferred on me by section 1 (2) of the Diseases of Animals Act, 1966 (No. 6 of 1966), hereby order as follows :—

1. This Order may be cited as the Diseases of Animals Act, 1966 (Section 33) (Commencement) Order, 1969.

2. The 12th day of December, 1969, is hereby appointed as the day on which section 33 of the Diseases of Animals Act, 1966 (No. 6 of 1966), shall come into operation.

EXPLANATORY NOTE.

The effect of this Order is to bring into operation section 33 of the Diseases of Animals Act, 1966 (No. 6 of 1966).
