AGRICULTURAL WORKERS (HOLIDAYS) (AMENDMENT) ACT, 1961 (COMMENCEMENT) ORDER, 1961.

I, PATRICK SMITH, Minister for Agriculture, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 1 of the Agricultural Workers (Holidays) (Amendment) Act, 1961 (No. 36 of 1961), hereby order as follows:—

1. This Order may be cited as the Agricultural Workers (Holidays) (Amendment) Act, 1961 (Commencement) Order, 1961.

2. The 1st day of September, 1961, is hereby appointed as the day on which the Agricultural Workers (Holidays) (Amendment) Act, 1961 (No. 36 of 1961), shall come into operation.
