HOLIDAYS (EMPLOYEES) ACT, 1961 (COMMENCEMENT) ORDER, 1961.

I, JOHN LYNCH, Minister for Industry and Commerce, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 1 of the Holidays (Employees) Act. 1961 (No. 33 of 1961) hereby order as follows:

1. This Order may be cited as the Holidays (Employees) Act, 1961 (Commencement) Order, 1961.

2. The 10th day of August, 1961, is hereby appointed as the day on which the Holidays (Employees) Act, 1961 (No. 33 of 1961), shall come into operation.
