RIVER ERNE (SPECIAL LOCAL LICENCES) (AMENDMENT) ORDER, 1960.

I, MICHEÁL Ó MÓRÁIN, Minister for Lands, in exercise of the power conferred on me by subsection (6) of section 74 of the Fisheries (Consolidation) Act, 1959 (No. 14 of 1959), hereby, with the consent of the Minister for Finance, order as follows:—

1. This Order may be cited as the River Erne (Special Local Licences) (Amendment) Order, 1960.

2. Article 4 of the River Erne (Special Local Licences) Order, 1934 (S. R. & O., No. 178 of 1934), (inserted therein by the River Erne (Special Local Licences) (Amendment) Order, 1959 ( S.I. No. 89 of 1959 )) is hereby amended by the substitution of "£25" for "£20" in subsection (1).

EXPLANATORY NOTE.

This Order provides that the special local licence duty payable in respect of a draft net for use in the tidal waters of the River Erne shall be £25.
