Short title, collective citation and duration. |
5.—(1) This Act may be cited as the Defence (Amendment) Act, 1960. | |
(2) The Principal Act and this Act may be cited together as the Defence Acts, 1954 and 1960. | ||
(3) This Act shall continue in force until the expiration of six months from the date of the passing thereof and shall then expire. |
