AN ACT TO CONTINUE IN OPERATION THE RENT RESTRICTIONS ACT, 1946 , AND TO PROVIDE, DURING ITS CONTINUANCE, FOR LAWFUL ADDITIONS ANALOGOUS TO THOSE UNDER SECTION 11, SUBSECTION (2), PARAGRAPH (g), AND UNDER SECTION 17, SUBSECTION (2), PARAGRAPH (e) OF THAT ACT, AS MODIFIED BY THE RENT RESTRICTIONS (AMENDMENT) ACT, 1949 . [8th December, 1959.]

BE IT ENACTED BY THE OIREACHTAS AS FOLLOWS:—
