AN ACT TO GIVE EFFECT TO THE INTERNATIONAL CONVENTION FOR THE PREVENTION OF POLLUTION OF THE SEA BY OIL, 1954, AND TO MAKE FURTHER PROVISION FOR PREVENTING THE POLLUTION OF NAVIGABLE WATERS BY OIL. [17th July, 1956.]
