STANDARD MARK (PRESSED STEEL RAINWATER GOODS) ORDER, 1953.

I, SEAN F. LEMASS, Minister for Industry and Commerce, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by subsection (1) of section 22 of the Industrial Research and Standards Act, 1946 (No. 25 of 1946), hereby orders as follows :—

1. This Order may be cited as the Standard Mark (Pressed Steel Rainwater Goods) Order, 1953.

2. The mark specified in Part II of the Schedule to this Order is hereby prescribed as the standard mark for use, in accordance with the Industrial Research and Standards Act, 1946 (No. 25 of 1946), in connection with the commodity described in Part 1 of the Sehedule to indicate that it conforms to the standard specification set forth in the order mentioned in Part III of the said Schedule.
