JURY DISTRICTS (No. 2) ORDER, 1927 (VARIATION No. 1) ORDER, 1949.

I, SEÁN MAC EOIN, Minister for Justice, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by subsection (4) of section 1 of the Juries Act, 1927 (No. 23 of 1927), and of every and any other power me in this behalf enabling hereby order as fallows :—

1. This Order may be cited as the Jury Districts (No. 2) Order, 1927 (Variation No. 1) Order, 1949.

2. The Interpretation Act, 1937 (No. 38 of 1937), applies to this Order.

3. The Schedule to the Jury Districts (No. 2) Order, 1927 ( S. R. & O. No. 86 of 1927 ), is hereby varied—

(a) by removing Ross from the list of district electoral divisions comprising Jury District No. 1 (Galway) and adding it to the list of district electoral divisions comprising Jury District No. 2 (Clifden), and

(b) by removing Lackaghbeg from the list of district electoral divisions comprising Jury District No. 2 (Clifden).
