SUMMER TIME ORDER, 1947.

I, GERALD BOLAND, Minister for Justice, in exercise of the power conferred on me by subsection (1) of section 3 of the Summer Time Act, 1925 (No. 8 of 1925), and of every and any other power me in this behalf enabling, hereby order as follows :—

1. This Order may be cited as the Summer Time Order, 1947.

2. The period of summer time appointed by the Summer Time Order, 1926, shall not be the period of summer time for the purpose of the Summer Time Act, 1925 (No. 8 of 1925), during the year 1947.

3. The period of summer time for the purpose of the Summer Time Act, 1925 (No. 8 of 1925), during the year 1947 shall be the period beginning at two o'clock, West-European time, in the morning of the 16th day of March, 1947, and ending at two o'clock, West-European time, in the morning of the 2nd day of November, 1947.
