IRISH RED CROSS SOCIETY ORDER, 1939 (AMENDMENT) ORDER, 1947.

The Government, in exercise of the powers conferred on them by sub-section (3) of section 1 of the Red Cross Act, 1938 (No. 32 of 1938), and of every and any other power them in this behalf enabling, hereby order as follows :—

1. This Order may be cited as the Irish Red Cross Society Order, 1939 (Amendment) Order, 1947.

2. The Irish Red Cross Society Order, 1939 (S. R. & O., No. 206 of 1939), is hereby amended by the deletion of the words " of whatsoever kind " in sub-paragraph (i) of paragraph (1) of Article 6 and the substitution therefor of the following :

" (whether property of the same kind as stocks, shares and securities or property of any other kind whatsoever)."
