Food and Drink.

Definition for Part V.

53.—In this Part of this Act, the word “food” includes every article used for food or drink by man, other than drugs or water, and

(a) any article which ordinarily enters into or is used in the composition or preparation of human food,

(b) flavouring matters, preservatives and condiments,

(c) colouring matters intended for use in food, and

(d) compounds or mixtures of two or more foods.
