AN ACT TO MAKE FURTHER AND BETTER PROVISION IN RELATION TO THE HEALTH OF THE PEOPLE AND TO PROVIDE FOR THE MAKING OF REGULATIONS BY VIRTUE OF WHICH CERTAIN CHARGES MAY BE MADE. [13th August, 1947.]
