GAME BIRDS PROTECTION ORDER, 1944 (VARIATION) ORDER, 1944.

I, GERALD BOLAND, Minister for Justice, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by subsection (3) of section 6 of the Game Preservation Act, 1930 (No. 11 of 1930), and of every and any other power me in this behalf enabling hereby order as follows:

1. This Order may be cited as the Game Birds Protection Order, 1944 (Variation) Order, 1944.

2. The Interpretation Act, 1937 (No. 38 of 1937), applies to this Order.

3. The Game Birds Protection Order, 1944 ( S. R. & O. No. 175 of 1944 ), shall not prohibit the killing or taking of cock pheasants in the County of Cork during the month of November, 1944.
