Time limit for making applications for pensions under Part VI of the Act of 1937.

7.—(1) Every application for a pension under Part VI of the Act of 1937 shall be made to the Minister within twelve months after the date of the passing of this Act.

(2) Where an application was duly made before the date of the passing of this Act by a person for a pension under Part VI of the Act of 1937, and such application was refused on the ground that the said Part VI did not apply to him, such person shall not by virtue of sub-section (1) of this section, be entitled to renew his application.

(3) Paragraph (a) of section 30 of the Act of 1937 is hereby repealed.
