Dissolution of the Company.

14.—When the Committee is satisfied that the Company has done all things which the Company is required by this Act to do on or after the appointed day the Committee shall give to the Registrar of Companies notice in writing that the Committee is so satisfied, and thereupon the Company shall become and be dissolved by virtue of this Act and the Registrar of Companies shall make in the registers kept by him all such entries as may be necessary or proper in consequence of such dissolution.
