STATUTORY RULES AND ORDERS. 1927. No. 51.

JURIES (COPIES OF PANELS) ORDER, 1927.

WHEREAS by Section 50, sub- section 3 of the Juries Act, 1927 (No. 23 of 1927), hereinafter referred to as the Act, it is enacted that a copy of any panel of jurors shall be supplied to any person applying for same and paying the prescribed fee therefor, and whereas by Section 69 of the Act it is enacted that the Minister for Justice may by Order prescribe any matter or thing which is in the Act referred to as prescribed or to be prescribed,

NOW, I, Caoimhghin O h-Uigin, Minister for Justice, by virtue of the powers conferred upon me by the said Section 69 and of all other powers enabling me in that behalf, do hereby order and prescribe as follows:—

(1) This Order may be cited as "The Juries (Copies of Panels) Order, 1927,'' and shall come into operation immediately.

(2) The Interpretation Act, 1923 (No. 46 of 1923), shall apply to the interpretation of this Order in like manner as it applies to the interpretation of an Act of the Oireachtas.

(3) The fees set forth in the Schedule hereto shall be payable to the empanelling officer by any person applying for a copy of any panel of jurors.
