Deputy Registrar in Bankruptcy (Cork) Act, 1926

Definitions.

1.—In this Act—

the expression “the Principal Act” means the Local Bankruptcy (Ireland) Act, 1888;

the expression “the Court” means the Cork Local Bankruptcy Court established by the Principal Act;

the expression “the Judge” means the Judge exercising the jurisdictions vested in the Court and the Judge thereof respectively under the Principal Act;

the expression “the Registrar” means the registrar of the Court; and

the expression “the Deputy Registrar” means the deputy registrar and clerk of the Court.
