AN ACT TO CONFIRM A PROVISIONAL ORDER OF THE MINISTER FOR LOCAL GOVERNMENT AND PUBLIC HEALTH RELATING TO THE URBAN DISTRICT OF THURLES. [6th May, 1925.]

WHEREAS the Minister for Local Government and Public Health has made the Provisional Order set forth in the Schedule to this Act under the Public Health (Ireland) Acts, 1878 to 1919:

AND WHEREAS it is requisite that the said Order should be confirmed by the Oireachtas:
