AN ACT TO AMEND AND CONSOLIDATE THE LAW RELATING TO THE PREVENTION OF CORRUPT AND ILLEGAL PRACTICES AND OTHER ELECTORAL ABUSES AT ELECTIONS TO DAIL EIREANN, AND TO MAKE PROVISION FOR THE PREVENTION OF SUCH PRACTICES AND ABUSES AT ELECTIONS TO SEANAD EIREANN AND AT A REFERENDUM, AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES CONNECTED THEREWITH.
