43. The Judges to be placed on the rota for the trial of election petitions for Ireland in each year, under the provisions of the Parliamentary Elections Act, 1868, shall be selected out of the Judges of the Queen's Bench    .   .   .    and Exchequer Divisions of the High Court of Justice in such manner as may be provided by any rules of Court to be made for that purpose;   .   .   .
