Provisions of Part I. to apply to debts contracted before passing of Act.

26. The provisions of Part I. of this Act shall extend and apply to every person making default in payment of a debt contracted before the passing of this Act, and to every person making default in payment of any debt or instalment of any debt due from him in pursuance of any judgment, decree, or order recovered or made in respect of a debt contracted before the passing of this Act, and to every debt contracted before the passing of this Act, and to every judgment, decree, or order recovered or made in respect of a debt contracted before the passing of this Act.
