Appointments of Solicitor to Official Liquidators.

XCI. The Official Liquidators may, with the Approval of the Court, appoint a Solicitor or Law Agent, and such Clerks or Officers as may be necessary to assist them in the Performance of their Duties : There shall be paid to such Solicitor or Law Agent, Clerks, and Officers, such Remuneration by way of Fees or otherwise us may be allowed by the Court.
