Office of clerk of the reports shall be abolished, and his duty shall be performed by registrar.

58. All matters and things, which in and by the said herein-before recited Act made in the Parliament of Ireland in the twenty-third and twenty-fourth years of the reign of his late Majesty[1]
are required to be done and performed by the clerk of the reports in the said court, shall be done and performed by the registrar of the said court; anything in the said recited Act, or any law, usage, or custom, to the contrary in anywise notwithstanding.
