S.I. No. 240/2026 - Appointment of Special Adviser (Minister for Climate, Energy and the Environment) Order 2026

Notice of the making of this Statutory Instrument was published in

“Iris Oifigiúil” of 22nd May, 2026.

The Government, on the request of the Minister for Climate, Energy and the Environment and in exercise of the powers conferred on them by section 11 (1) of the Public Service Management Act 1997 (No. 27 of 1997), hereby order as follows:

1. This Order may be cited as the Appointment of Special Adviser (Minister for Climate, Energy and the Environment) Order 2026.

2. Áine Doyle, particulars of whose address have been deposited at the offices of the Department of Climate, Energy and the Environment, is appointed to be a Special Adviser to the Minister for Climate, Energy and the Environment with effect from 17 February 2025.
