S.I. No. 199/2026 - Appointment of Special Adviser (Minister of State at the Department of Agriculture, Food and the Marine) Order 2026

Notice of the making of this Statutory Instrument was published in

“Iris Oifigiúil” of 24th April, 2026.

The Government, on the request of the Minister for Agriculture, Food and the Marine and in exercise of the powers conferred on them by section 11 (1) of the Public Service Management Act 1997 (No. 27 of 1997), hereby order as follows:

1. This Order may be cited as the Appointment of Special Adviser (Minister of State at the Department of Agriculture, Food and the Marine) Order 2026.

2. Tom Tynan, particulars of whose address have been deposited at the offices of the Department of Agriculture, Food and the Marine, is appointed to be Special Adviser to Timmy Dooley, Minister of State at the Department of Agriculture, Food and the Marine, with effect from 22 June 2025.
