S.I. No. 322/2025 - Appointment of Special Advisers (Minister for Housing, Local Government and Heritage) Order 2025

Notice of the making of this Statutory Instrument was published in

“Iris Oifigiúil” of 15th July, 2025.

The Government, on the request of the Minister for Housing, Local Government and Heritage and in exercise of the powers conferred on them by section 11 (1) of the Public Service Management Act 1997 (No. 27 of 1997), hereby order as follows:

1. This Order may be cited as the Appointment of Special Advisers (Minister for Housing, Local Government and Heritage) Order 2025.

2. John McDonald, particulars of whose address have been deposited at the offices of the Department of Housing, Local Government and Heritage, is appointed to be a Special Adviser to the Minister for Housing, Local Government and Heritage, with effect from 24 January 2025.

3. Síona Cahill, particulars of whose address have been deposited at the offices of the Department of Housing, Local Government and Heritage, is appointed to be a Special Adviser to the Minister for Housing, Local Government and Heritage, with effect from 7 April 2025.
