Notice of the making of this Statutory Instrument was published in

I, JIM O’CALLAGHAN, Minister for Justice, Home Affairs and Migration, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 181 (2)(b) of the Planning and Development Act 2000 (No. 30 of 2000) and the Integration and Reception (Transfer of Departmental Administration and Ministerial Functions) Order 2025 ( S.I. No. 159 of 2025 ) (as adapted by the Justice (Alteration of Name of Department and Title of Minister) Order 2025 ( S.I. No. 242 of 2025 ), hereby make the following order:

1. This Order may be cited as the Planning and Development Act 2000 (Section 181(2)(a)) (No. 3) Order 2024 (Revocation) Order 2025.

2. The Planning and Development Act 2000 (Section 181(2)(a)) (No.3) Order 2024 ( S.I. No. 481 of 2024 ) is revoked.
