Notice of the making of this Statutory Instrument was published in

“Iris Oifigiúil” of 11th April, 2025.

I, JIM O’CALLAGHAN, Minister for Justice, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 1 (2) of the Courts, Civil Law, Criminal Law and Superannuation (Miscellaneous Provisions) Act 2024 (No. 30 of 2024), hereby order as follows:

1. This Order may be cited as the Courts, Civil Law, Criminal Law and Superannuation (Miscellaneous Provisions) Act 2024 (Part 3)(Commencement) Order 2025.

2. The 7th day of April 2025 is appointed as the day on which Part 3 of the Courts, Civil Law, Criminal Law and Superannuation (Miscellaneous Provisions) Act 2024 (No. 30 of 2024) shall come into operation.
