Amendment of section 14 of Principal Act

9. Section 14 of the Principal Act is amended—

(a) in subsection (2), by the substitution of “any Deputy Ombudsman” for “the Deputy Ombudsman”, and

(b) in subsection (3), by the substitution of “any Deputy Ombudsman” for “Deputy Ombudsman”.
