S.I. No. 262/2023 - National Treasury Management Agency (Amendment) Act 2014 (State Authority) Order 2023

Notice of the making of this Statutory Instrument was published in

“Iris Oifigiúil” of 30th May, 2023.

I, MICHAEL MCGRATH, Minister for Finance, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by paragraph (j) of the definition of “State authority” in section 31 (1) of the National Treasury Management Agency (Amendment) Act 2014 (No. 23 of 2014), and with the consent of the Minister for Housing, Local Government and Heritage, hereby order as follows:

1. This Order may be cited as the National Treasury Management Agency (Amendment) Act 2014 (State Authority) Order 2023.

2. The Approved Housing Bodies Regulatory Authority is prescribed for the purposes of paragraph (j) of the definition of “State authority” in section 31 (1) of the National Treasury Management Agency (Amendment) Act 2014 (No. 23 of 2014).

The Minister for Housing, Local Government and Heritage consents to the foregoing Order.
