S.I. No. 236/2023 - National Treasury Management Agency (Amendment) Act 2014 (State Authorities) Order 2023

Notice of the making of this Statutory Instrument was published in

I, MICHAEL MCGRATH, Minister for Finance, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by paragraph (j) of the definition of “State authority” in section 31 (1) of the National Treasury Management Agency (Amendment) Act 2014 (No. 23 of 2014), and with the consent of the Minister for Children, Equality, Disability, Integration and Youth, hereby order as follows:

1. This Order may be cited as the National Treasury Management Agency (Amendment) Act 2014 (State Authorities) Order 2023.

2. The following bodies are prescribed for the purposes of paragraph (j) of the definition of “State authority” in section 31 (1) of the National Treasury Management Agency (Amendment) Act 2014 (No. 23 of 2014):

(a) Irish Human Rights and Equality Commission;

(b) National Disability Authority.

The Minister for Children, Equality, Disability, Integration and Youth consents to the foregoing Order.
