S.I. No. 88/2023 - Public Expenditure, National Development Plan Delivery and Reform (Delegation of Ministerial Functions) Order 2023

Notice of the making of this Statutory Instrument was published in

“Iris Oifigiúil” of 3rd March, 2023.

The Government, on the request of the Minister for Public Expenditure, Na-tional Development Plan Delivery and Reform and in exercise of the powers conferred on them by section 2 (1) of the Ministers and Secretaries (Amendment) (No. 2) Act 1977 (No. 28 of 1977), hereby order as follows:

1. (1) This Order may be cited as the Public Expenditure, National Devel-opment Plan Delivery and Reform (Delegation of Ministerial Functions) Order 2023.

(2) This Order comes into operation on 1 March 2023.

2. The powers and duties of the Minister of Public Expenditure, National Development Plan Delivery and Reform conferred on him by or under an Act specified in column (1) of the Schedule are delegated to Ossian Smyth, Minis-ter of State at the Department of Public Expenditure, National Development Plan Delivery and Reform, to the extent specified in column (2) of the Sched-ule opposite the mention of the Act so specified.
