Written submissions

21. (1) A party to a transaction in relation to which a screening notice has been issued may make written submissions to the Minister regarding the transaction.
|
|
| |
(2) A written submission to the Minister shall not be made under this section after the later of—
|
|
| |
(a) such date as the Minister may specify in the screening notice relating to that transaction, or
|
|
| |
(b) such further period as the Minister may specify by notice in writing issued to the party before the date specified in the screening notice.
