Amendment of section 29 of Principal Act

22. Section 29(1) of the Principal Act is amended—

(a) by the substitution of “Without prejudice to Part 4A, a court may” for “A court may”, and

(b) in paragraph (b), by the substitution of “probation officer” for “probation and welfare officer”.
