Amendment of section 10 of Principal Act

5. Section 10 of the Principal Act is amended—
|
|
| |
(a) in subsection (2)(b), by the substitution of—
|
|
| |
(i) “ill or incapacitated” for “sick”, in each place that it occurs, and
|
|
| |
(ii) “illness or incapacity” for “sickness”,
|
|
| |
and
|
|
| |
(b) in subsection (5), by the substitution of “illness or incapacity” for “sickness”, in each place that it occurs.
